Michael H. has work experience as a Remote Support Engineer III Team Lead at Integrated IT starting from January 2016 until the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Technician at Mobius Works, LLC from September 2011 to December 2015.

Michael H. has a solid educational background in the field of computer information systems. Michael attended Westfield State University from 2013 to 2016 where they focused on computer information systems but did not obtain a degree. Prior to that, Michael H. studied at Holyoke Community College from 2009 to 2012 and earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.

In addition to their formal education, Michael H. has also obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and skill set. In February 2022, they completed a course called "Building a Home IT Lab" offered by LinkedIn. Michael also completed another LinkedIn course in the same month called "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look".
