Rafaela Silva is the current Franchisee Success Account Manager at Integrated Digital Strategies. Rafaela has over 4 years of experience in marketing management, eCommerce, and customer experience.

Previously, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at SALSA from July 2010 to August 2014. During their time there, they managed eCommerce marketing visits, conversions, and basket optimization. Rafaela also oversaw email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategy, and automated BI integrated campaigns. Furthermore, Rafaela was responsible for developing and managing online platforms, as well as customer care and after-sales management. Additionally, they managed social media accounts and created content for various channels.

Rafaela also has experience in multichannel and multimarket integrated marketing management. This includes promotion plans, events, and new product/service development. Rafaela is also experienced in digital, retail, and wholesale marketing management. In addition to their marketing background, Rafaela has experience in managing customer experience. This includes developing a multichannel experience map, benchmarking new solutions,procuring and implementing new solutions, and managing a voice of the customer program.

Lastly, Rafaela has experience in managing a loyalty program for a multichannel and multimarket business. This includes developing the strategy and definitions for the program, implementation follow-up, communication plans, analysis and continuous optimization of the program, as well as website and program-related platform management. Rafaela Silva has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia Universidade do Porto, and a certification from G-CEM in Customer Experience Management. Rafaela is currently pursuing a career in digital marketing and has completed coursework in digital transformation and social media marketing & s-commerce at Columbia University and IE Business School.
