Vinitha Pillai serves as an Executive Functioning Coach at ICCD Partners since January 2024, focusing on enhancing executive functioning skills in children through personalized coaching. Currently, Vinitha also teaches High School Chemistry at Boston Latin Academy, specializing in inclusive education for diverse students. As a Research Assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Vinitha studies the impacts of teacher training programs. Prior experience includes a researcher role at Sao Paulo State University, an instructional coach at Breakthrough Greater Boston, and a teacher at Cambridge Public Schools, where culturally responsive teaching methods led to measurable student improvement. Additional leadership experience includes coordinating a COVID-19 vaccination program at Taluk Head Quarters Hospital and engaging in policy research on educational issues as an intern at the Centre for Policy Research. Vinitha holds a Master of Education in Teaching and Teacher Leadership from Harvard and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
