Gerald Posch has extensive experience in product management and research within the biotechnology sector. Currently, at INTEGRA Biosciences since April 2020, Gerald leads product management initiatives. Previously, as Group Leader Research at LimmaTech Biologics AG from February 2015 to January 2020, Gerald spearheaded an interdisciplinary team, managed projects with external partners, and developed vaccine targets against bacterial infections. Gerald's earlier roles include Research Scientist at LimmaTech, Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta focusing on glycoprotein engineering, and a PhD Candidate at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, where research focused on the glycobiology of oral pathogens. Gerald also holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, along with participation in an Erasmus exchange program at University College Cork.
