Wayne Underwood is an experienced appraiser currently working at Integra Realty Resources since February 2019, following a long tenure at Hop Bailey Co. from January 1980 to January 2019. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1974 and 1979. In addition to professional achievements, Wayne has been a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Bearden since 1997 and served as President during the 2018-2019 term.
