Stephen Palinkas is a seasoned commercial property appraiser currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Integra Realty Resources since January 2017. In this role, Stephen provides financial analyses for property valuations and litigation support, compiling comprehensive reports for lenders and maintaining strong client relationships. Stephen's extensive experience includes appraisal work on over 1,400 convenience store/gas station properties and more than 60 seniors housing properties, amongst others, for prominent corporations such as Fifth Third Bank and Bank of America. Previously, Stephen worked as an Analyst at Beshears & Associates, Inc., contributing to the analysis of over 1,200 similar properties. Early career experience includes a role as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens and as a Sales Representative at Tech Data Canada Corporation, where Stephen significantly increased sales projections. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida and is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
