Brad Johnson has over four decades of experience in the real estate and valuation industry, currently serving as Executive Director, Principal, and Practice Leader for the Healthcare and Seniors Housing Specialty Practice at Integra Realty Resources since November 2000. In addition to this role, Johnson is the Principal and Managing Member of Realty Investment Advisors, LLC, and has been President/Principal at Realty Valuation Advisors, Inc. since January 1996. Previously, Johnson held the position of Managing Director and Principal at Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith & Waller from November 1983 to January 1996, and served as Municipal Lands Selection Officer at the Alaska Division of Lands from May 1978 to August 1979. Johnson holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Resource Development, Land Use Planning, and Environmental Policy from Michigan State University, completing the degrees between 1970 and 1976.
