Saad Hassan is a Data Scientist at INTECH Process Automation since October 2016, where contributions include the development of an enterprise Q&A system utilizing the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach, focusing on accuracy and user experience, and leading a robust evaluation framework. Prior experience includes a role as a Visiting Researcher at the Robotics Research Lab at TU Kaiserslautern, Germany, working on vision-based control algorithms for an aerial vehicle and earlier positions as a Research Assistant in monocular vision-based autonomous navigation for silt measurement in irrigation canals. Saad has also held research positions at TU Kaiserslautern and served as a Teaching Assistant for feedback control systems, alongside a research associate role at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology on a scalable HD video conferencing system. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical (Computer) Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology.
