Ryan Mantell is a Research and Development Engineer at Intech since August 2022, with a robust background in product engineering and management. Prior to Intech, Ryan led a team as Product Engineer Team Lead for Truck at WernerCo, overseeing new product development processes and sustaining truck storage equipment. Ryan also served as a Project Manager at WernerCo, managing cross-functional teams and foreign suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Earlier, Ryan worked as a Mechanical Engineer in New Product Development at Greenlee, focusing on designing and prototyping products for the electrical industry. Ryan's career began at Swiss Automation Inc., where responsibilities included inventory control and process improvement. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2012.
