Prior experience includes roles at Western Financial Group as Manager of Operational Planning & Efficiency, Business Strategist, and Senior Project Manager from March 2016 to July 2021. Previous positions at ADP as Implementation Project Manager and various roles at Intact Insurance, including Unit Claims Manager and Business Analyst, span from 2006 to 2016. Educational credentials include a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Six Sigma Global Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Royal Roads University, a Canadian Risk Management designation from the University of Toronto, and a Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Southern Alberta.
