Chantal Saylor is an experienced Documentation and Training Specialist currently employed at Cogiscan since January 2023. Prior to this role, Chantal worked at TELUS from May 2009 to January 2023 as a Senior HR Advisor focused on learning and development, leading efforts in leadership and compliance training while conducting needs assessments across various business units. During this tenure, Chantal also served as a Learning Specialist for Customer Experience, managing projects and instructional design for training initiatives aimed at frontline call centers. Earlier career experience includes serving as an e-learning designer at Telus Mobility, where project management and instructional design were centered on product launches and training for sales channels, and as a Learning Specialist at Fifth P Solutions. Chantal holds a Master of Arts in Art Education from Concordia University, earned in 2004.
