Joseph Topale is an experienced leader in information security and infrastructure management, currently serving as the US Infrastructure Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions since 2017. Previously, Joseph held the position of Vice President of Infrastructure and CISO at OneBeacon Insurance Group, overseeing a large team and a significant annual budget. Additional roles include Chief Technology Officer at Gartner, Vice President of Infrastructure at Reliance Insurance, and various technical positions at ISO and SyncSort Inc. Joseph holds an MBA in Information Systems from Iona University and a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
