Carol Litton MBA-GPHR-SPHR is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, leading a team of HR Business Partners for Global Specialty Lines since June 2020. Previously, Carol served as Vice President of Human Resources at Brown Brothers Harriman, where the focus was on defining HR strategy for the Denver office and supporting global fund administration and tax services. Other roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Fiserv Investment Support Services, Regional HR Manager for Swissport overseeing airport operations in the US and Canada, and Station Manager for Mexicana Airlines in Buenos Aires, where foundational operational strategies were developed for a new venture.
