Shannon Dickerson has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Commercial Lines Account Executive at Insurors of Texas since November 1997. In this role, Shannon coordinates client service activities, focusing on reducing insurance costs through the development of written action plans, injury prevention strategies, safety improvements, claims management systems, and progress monitoring. Prior to this role, Shannon was an Account Executive at Rosatis from 2012 to July 2015 and owned First Central Credit Union, where duties included serving as Branch Manager from April 1992 to November 1997.
