James M. O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, corporate development, and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member at Insurify, James led the $100 million Series B funding raise. As a Senior Advisor at North Goodwin Advisors LLC since 2009, James offers expertise in technology strategy for clients in telecommunications and banking. James also provided corporate development advisory services to Transact Campus in 2024. Previously, as a Founding Partner at Motive Partners from 2017 to 2023, James played a critical role in raising $2.5 billion across two funds. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Analyst at Oliver Wyman | Celent, Senior Vice President at Fidelity National Information Services, CEO of Arx Equity Partners, and Deputy General Manager at The Coca-Cola Company. James holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor’s degree in Government/Economics from Dartmouth College.
