Lloyd Lofton Jr. L.U.T.C. is an accomplished founder and expert in sales training, leadership development, and mentoring, with over a decade of experience at Power Behind The Sales since October 2008. Through this organization, Lloyd has successfully assisted sales teams in enhancing performance and maximizing revenue. With an extensive background in various educational roles, including positions at Kennesaw State University and Chattahoochee Technical College, Lloyd provides coaching and feedback to students and professionals in sales and leadership. Additional contributions as a mentor for multiple organizations, including InsuranceWEBX and AA-ISP, alongside roles as an on-air talent and distinguished faculty member at Lorman Education Services, further highlight Lloyd's commitment to advancing sales and marketing skills across numerous industries. Lloyd holds a LUTC degree from The American College of Financial Services and previously presided over the Senior Insurance Marketing Association.
