Nishant Bafna is a Product Manager at InsuranceDekho since March 2022, previously serving as an Associate Product Manager. At InsuranceDekho, Nishant successfully launched the first End to End Commission Payments system in the insurance industry, managing annual transactions of $300 million and serving over 80,000 agent partners. Additionally, the commission calculation cycle was reduced from 45 days to real-time with 100% accuracy, and an instant communication system for agents was developed. Prior experience includes roles at Ketto, Indian Institute of Management Shillong, and various positions at Infosys, where Nishant focused on software development and business intelligence. Nishant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and a BE in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
