Heather Baird is an account manager for INSURANCE TRUST. Heather has extensive experience in customer service and management. Previously, they worked as a personal account/office manager for State Farm Insurance, a compliance officer/loan clerk for Sabattus Regional Credit Union, and a nanny for a private family. In addition to their work in the customer service industry, Heather Baird has also worked as a lead teacher and youth counselor/resource teacher.

Heather Baird has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Evangel University.

Heather Baird reports to Kim Daigle, President & CEO. They work with Sarah Nash - Training Director, Amber Hollo - Accounting Manager, and Beverly MacMillan - SVP, Insurance & Compliance.
