Carla Marin is an experienced creative professional with a diverse background in design and leadership. Currently serving as both Associate Creative Director and Associate Design Director at Instrument since August 2019, Carla has previously held the role of Art Director at The OutCast Agency and DAf. Carla's early career included positions such as Faculty Tech Tutor at Parsons School for Design, Visual and UX Designer at Exo Games, Digital Media Facilitator at Girls Write Now, Lead Designer at Terranoble Winery, and Graphic Designer at Concha y Toro Wines. Carla holds a Master's Degree in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Leeds.
