Tracy Bollinger has a diverse work experience in the field of education and leadership coaching. Tracy started their career in 2015 as a Consultant at Learning Sciences International, where they provided guidance and support to schools. Tracy then took on the role of School Leadership Coach in May 2017 before transitioning to a new position at Instructional Impowerment in 2018. There, Tracy assumed the role of District Lead and Leadership Coach, where they continued to provide coaching and support to educational institutions. In 2022, they joined Instructional Empowerment as a District Lead and School Leadership Coach, where they currently work. Tracy's experience showcases their expertise in leadership coaching and their commitment to improving educational practices.
Tracy Bollinger completed their high school education at Wilson High School from 1980 to 1983 and obtained a high school diploma. Tracy then pursued their higher education at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching.
