Luis F. currently serves as the Head Manager of the National System Information of Infrastructure at Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones, a position held since December 2013, where responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of a national georeferenced database for telecommunications infrastructure. Prior to this role, Luis worked as the Manager of Numbering and Codes at the same institution, overseeing national numbering administration and regulatory support for telecommunications operators. Luis has experience at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks as a Consultant for 2G & 3G, and held leadership and engineering positions at Axtel where management of technical teams and infrastructure was key. Earlier in the career, Luis worked at Iusacell managing networks and providing support for cellular services. Luis F. holds a Diplomado en Telecomunicaciones de Nueva Generación from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a postgraduate degree in Quality & Productivity, and an Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
