João Carlos Marques Silva is an IT Professor at ISCTE-IUL since February 2007, specializing in Digital Networks II and III for engineering courses, and coordinating the Networks Engineering master's program. Concurrently, João serves as a Senior Telecommunications Researcher in the Radio Group at Instituto de Telecomunicações, focusing on the physical layer specifications of 3GPP and contributing to the EU C-Mobile project.
