Patrick Toomey is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the commercial retail sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) since February 2020, Toomey specializes in the sale of commercial retail properties across the Western US and Hawaii, partnering with Tom Lagos. Previously, Toomey held key positions as Executive Vice President at JLL, Senior Managing Director at Faris Lee Investments, and Founding Partner at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where the team achieved national recognition for deal volume. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Colliers International and First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, contributing to successful investment sales. Toomey began a career in real estate asset management at Coventry Real Estate Partners, AMRESCO, and Union Federal Bank. Education includes an MBA from UC Irvine and a BA in Biology from UC San Diego.
