Howard Tikka, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and creative direction. Since May 2017, Howard has served as the Marketing Director and Creative Lead at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), overseeing marketing and brand strategies for the IPA Student Housing team, which has successfully closed over $8.1 billion in transactions. Prior to IPA, Howard held significant positions as Creative Director and Brand Strategist at Tikka Brand Creative, Fast Vertical, and Parker Madison Marketing Studio, as well as Director of Marketing and Creative Director at Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto®. Howard began the career in marketing with roles at Gamble Group, LLC, Sidra Kain Advertising & Public Relations, WE GROUP Architects, and Sight & Sound Distributing Co. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Business: Marketing & Management from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Southern Utah University, Howard combines strategic marketing acumen with creative innovation.
