Humayra Saba, MS, E.I.T., is a Transportation Engineer at Caltrans, where employment began in July 2020. Prior experience includes an internship as a trainee at the Institute of Water Modelling and a role as a Teaching Assistant at California State University-Sacramento from January 2020 to May 2022. Humayra holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, completed in 2018. Additionally, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering was earned from Bangladesh University of Professionals from 2012 to 2016.
