Dana is a co-founder of the Resilient Cities Network, a global network of 100 cities working towards a more resilient and equitable future. She leads the resilience practice in Africa while also overseeing global strategy and operations for the organization.

Previously, Dana was the Managing Director for Africa at 100 Resilient Cities (100RC), a flagship initiative of the Rockefeller Foundation. She joined 100RC after spending almost a decade with the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, working in financial and private sector development. As part of the Investment Climate Advisory Services team at the IFC, her work focused on improving and broadening the reach of public service delivery, increasing government transparency, and supporting small and medium-sized business development. At the World Bank, Dana led the global research team responsible for benchmarking construction and urban planning regulations in 183 countries for the Doing Business report.
