Colleen Larsen is an accomplished leader and advocate for gender equality in business. As the Chief Executive of Business Engage since November 2005, Colleen authored "Gender Matters," a book addressing gender mainstreaming as a business issue. Colleen serves as the Custodian for the 30% Club Southern Africa, aimed at increasing female representation on boards, and acts as the Lean In Circles Regional Leader for Southern Africa, organizing events to promote gender equality. Additionally, Colleen is a Fellow at the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa and has held prominent roles in various organizations, including SAIPA and Business Unity South Africa. With a background in direct marketing and a degree in Advertising from the AAA School of Advertising, Colleen Larsen combines expertise in business with a strong commitment to empowering women in leadership roles.
