Caroline Spillane CDir is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Institute of Directors Ireland. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Director General at Engineers Ireland and Chief Executive Officer at the Medical Council Ireland. Their education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University College Cork, a ongoing Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from South East Technological University, and a Chartered Director certification from the Institute of Directors. Additionally, Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Technological University Dublin and has completed a program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
