Lakimja Mattocks, MPA, currently serves as a Board Member for DRIVE CHANGE, INC., Support Center For Nonprofit Management, and the Association of Nonprofit Specialists, and holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. In the role of Chief People & Culture Officer and Chief Talent and Equity Officer at LEAP, responsibilities include shaping organizational culture and talent management strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Equity & Learning Officer and Chief Programs Officer at Nonprofit, and Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Learning at the Support Center. Lakimja has a strong educational background with an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management from Baruch College, a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, and additional degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Counseling/Criminal Justice from Long Island University and Temple University, respectively.
