Rafael Ochoteco is an experienced educator specializing in bilingual and Spanish language instruction. As a Spanish High School Teacher at Instituto del Progreso Latino since July 2011, Rafael has focused on planning and teaching Spanish in line with high school curricular objectives while evaluating students from 9th to 12th grade. Previous roles include serving as a Bilingual Teacher in various positions within East Aurora School District 131, where responsibilities encompassed elementary and middle school grades, and a brief stint in marketing at Huntington Learning Center. Rafael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Rockford University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Rutgers University - Camden.
