Clare Huxley is an experienced researcher with a diverse background in employment studies and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies since 2014, Clare has progressed through various roles including Research Fellow and Research Officer. Prior to this, Clare worked as a Researcher at Point Research Ltd and held positions at the Equality Challenge Unit as a Research and Data Officer and Research and Data Support Consultant. Additionally, Clare gained experience as a Research Assistant at the National Union of Students (UK) and completed internships at nfpSynergy and the Hansard Society, as well as a role as a Campaigns Assistant at the British Humanist Association.
