Elsa Le Duigou currently serves as Responsable de portefeuilles de services numériques at Services du Premier ministre, focusing on health, cybersecurity, and AI within the Direction interministérielle du numérique. Additionally, Elsa is a co-animatrice for the beta.gouv.fr program, which supports public administrations in developing user-centered digital services. In the realm of academia, Elsa holds roles such as Chargée de déploiement at Mines Paris - PSL and Formatrice at the Institut régional d'administration de Metz, where digital innovation in health and public digital training are emphasized, respectively.
