Charlène DAURIAT is a research engineer at the Institut Pasteur, specializing in the "Microbiota-Host Interactions" team led by Dr. Benoit Chassaing since June 2024. Previously, Charlène worked at the Institut Cochin from February 2020 to June 2024, initially as an INSERM Research Assistant and later as an INSERM Study Engineer in a research team focused on microbiota/mucus interactions in chronic inflammatory diseases. Earlier roles included Research Assistant positions at the Institut Cochin and Mérieux NutriSciences, as well as internships in various laboratories studying microbial pathogenesis and cancer biology. Charlène holds a Master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, with a focus on Microbiology, from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology from Université de Rennes I.
