Duro Mihalic is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as Chief Resident Engineer for the Institut IGH d.d. on the Bridge mainland-Peljesac project, Mihalic oversees a bridge spanning 2440 meters. Previously, Mihalic held the position of Chief Quantity Surveyor in a joint venture with iC consulenten GesmbH. With a career at Institut IGH spanning from May 1993 to June 2013, Mihalic provided technical and financial supervision for the construction of motorways and national roads, initially as Resident Engineer and then as Chief Resident Engineer. Earlier, from 1987 to 1992, Mihalic led the asphalt laboratory at INGRA while supervising technological aspects of asphalt work on major infrastructure projects, including the Nanchang - Juijiang Motorway in China. Mihalic holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Zagreb, where studies were completed between 1978 and 1985.
