Francisco Purroy is currently serving as the Jefe de servicio de Neurología at Hospital Universitari Arnau de Vilanova de Lleida. Prior to this role, Purroy held various positions within the healthcare and academic sector, including Jefe de sección, Neurologist, Stroke Unit Director médico, and Investigador principal. Purroy also has experience as a Professor at Universitat de Lleida and previously served as Presidente of Societat Catalana de Neurologia. Purroy completed a degree in Medicina at Universitat de Lleida and a Doctorado at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
