Sebastian Osorio currently serves as Associate Partner and Head of Latam at Instiglio since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Manager at Instiglio and Graduate Consultant for The Hunger Project, where an evaluation of the Africa Microfinance Program's information management systems was conducted in Ethiopia. Sebastian also worked with Camp For Peace as a Graduate Consultant, leading a strategy process for an NGO in Liberia aimed at youth empowerment. Earlier positions include serving in various capacities within the Gobernación de Antioquia, Yuma Holding, and as Subdirector of Mobilization for presidential campaigns of Antanas Mockus and Sergio Fajardo. Sebastian has an MPA in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, a Regional Development Management specialization from Universidad de Los Andes, and a degree in Economics from both Universidad EAFIT and Macquarie University.
