Melissa Kaye Kaminker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational partnerships, program design, and resource mobilization. As a Senior Associate at Instiglio since May 2022, Melissa utilizes expertise in partnership management, previously demonstrated as an Operational Partnerships Specialist and MFI Partnerships Senior Analyst at One Acre Fund, where impactful livelihood programs were developed across various African countries. Earlier roles include leading initiatives for smallholder farmers in Zambia and contributing to projects related to food security in Kenya at Kimetrica LLC. Melissa also has a background in gender analysis and advocacy with organizations such as the World Health Organization and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
