Shoshana Leibovitz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2023. Shoshana is currently the Head of HR and People Operations at Instawork, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Emotive as a People Operations professional from January 2021 to October 2022, where they developed HR strategies, implemented onboarding programs, and ensured a positive employee experience. From January 2018 to October 2020, Shoshana was involved in People & Culture at Fair.com, where they centralized HR resources and improved user experience. Shoshana also served as the Director of Partnerships and New Business at The Visionary Group from September 2016 to January 2018. Additionally, they held roles in marketing, special events, and sales at Ozumo Concepts International, Sbe, Annette Tatum, and LTR Brands between 2010 and 2016.

Shoshana Leibovitz has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion For Success from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in September 2019.
