James Conner started their work experience in 2015 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Breaking The Barrier Inc as a Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives Manager, and they stayed in this role until 2022. Currently, they are working at Instawork as a Launch Operations Manager, starting in 2023.

James Conner received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University in 2015. Prior to attending Vanderbilt, they completed their high school education at Groton School in 2011.
