Maaroulyn Diab has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maaroulyn currently holds the position of Head of Learning & Development - QA at InstaShop, a role they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Learning & Development Manager at the same company from July 2022 to January 2023. Maaroulyn also worked as a Learning and Development Manager from December 2021 to July 2022, and as a Quality Assurance Auditor from November 2020 to December 2021. Before joining InstaShop, they were a Quality Assurance Coordinator from February 2020 to November 2020.

Before moving into the learning and development field, Maaroulyn gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at RAKBANK from December 2018 to February 2020. Maaroulyn also briefly worked as a Teacher Assistant at Laholms Kommun in June and July 2016.

Maaroulyn Diab completed a Swedish Language Course at Komvux Laholm from 2017 to 2018. Previously, they obtained an International General Certificate of Secondary Education from Pristine Private School. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of London. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™) from HRCI in January 2022 and completed an online course titled "Becoming a changemaker: Introduction to Social Innovation" on Coursera in 2019. Maaroulyn also has a certification in Introduction to Marketing from Coursera obtained in 2018 and the International General Certificate of Secondary Education from Cambridge Assessment International Education received in 2014. Maaroulyn recently enrolled in the PowerMBA program, but the completion date is unspecified.
