Susan Knape possesses extensive experience in customer support, education, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support Advocate at Instant Teams since February 2022, Susan helps manage remote teams through a specialized platform. Additionally, since May 2019, Susan has been a Driver Education Instructor/Trainer with La Grande School District, teaching safe driving practices. From August 1986 to January 2022, Susan worked at Eastern Oregon University as an Admissions Specialist, overseeing the admissions processes for online students and ensuring high-quality customer service. Previous positions include roles as a Driver Education Instructor with Malheur County ESD, Owner/Operator of Alluring Secrets Bridal Boutique, and various positions in education, including substitute teaching and music instruction. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching with a K-12 Reading Endorsement from Eastern Oregon University.
