Loïc Faizant is a Customer Success Manager at Instant System since January 2022, overseeing a portfolio of customers and managing projects from launch to support. Previously, at Thales from May 2019 to December 2021, Loïc served as a Consultant and Consulting Engineer, focusing on application security and data protection, while also participating in digital transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at DOCAPOST, where Loïc provided digital consultancy and support for the CONTRALIA solution, and as a Design and Development Engineer. Prior positions also include software engineering roles at AVISTO, Amadeus IT Group, SUPRALOG, and MB Editions. Loïc holds a Master of Engineering in Ambient and Mobile Computer Sciences from Polytech'Nice Sophia Antipolis and an Associate's degree in Computer Sciences from IUT Nice Sophia Antipolis.
