Rachael Leinster is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at Octopus Energy since June 2024, and also serving in a similar role at Instant Impact since October 2021. Previously, Rachael held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Field from October 2021 to June 2024, where the focus was on renewable infrastructure to address sustainability challenges. Prior to these roles, Rachael was a Lead Recruitment Consultant at Activ8 Recruitment and a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Networkers – Technology Recruitment. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from The Open University and an Access to HE National Diploma in Business and Law from the University of Portsmouth.
