Andrea Alvarez-Keating is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and psychological assessment. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Partner at Instant Impact since February 2020, Andrea focuses on innovative recruitment solutions that emphasize diversity. In addition to current responsibilities at Instant Impact, Andrea is also a Talent Acquisition Partner at DeterTech and has held roles such as Lead Technical Recruiter for Kooth plc and Talent Partner for Yapily. Previously, Andrea led recruitment efforts at HR Pals & Recruiting Pals, overseeing technical roles and training junior recruiters. Academic experience includes serving as an Instructor of Record and Assessment Center Coordinator at Radford University, along with research contributions at the University of Georgia and Strategy Partners International. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
