Andreea Parantuca has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andreea is currently working at Instant Factoring as the Sales Director since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Deputy Sales Director from June 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining Instant Factoring, Andreea was associated with First Bank SA from May 2016 to May 2019 as the Retail Collection Manager in the Retail Recovery Division.

Andreea's earliest work experience was with Piraeus Bank, where they held multiple roles. From March 2015 to April 2016, they worked as the Team Leader Strategies & Analytics in the Retail Recovery Division. Prior to that, they served as the Team Leader Consumer Loans in the Retail Credit Division from October 2007 to February 2015. Andreea initially joined Piraeus Bank as a Retail Credit Analyst in the Retail Credit Division in March 2007, where they worked until September 2007.

Andreea's career began in 2006 at RCS & RDS, where they worked as a Data Entry Officer from July 2006 to November 2006.

Andreea Parantuca attended the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Public Administration. Andreea later pursued further education at The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master's degree in Financial, Bank and Stock Exchange Management.
