Jim Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a National Account Manager at Instant Brands since February 2022. Previously, Jim held various roles at Advantage Solutions, including Brand Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, where significant achievements included overseeing a $50 million client portfolio and implementing successful sales programs for major clients such as Smuckers and GSK. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Retail Sales Supervisor and Distribution Supervisor, as well as performing in a principal role in the television sitcom "Pastor Greg." Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Theatre Arts from Vanguard University of Southern California.
