Tushar Mittal began their career as a Software Engineer at MountBlue Technologies in February 2020. Tushar worked in this role until July 2020. In August 2020, they joined Instamojo as a Software Engineer and is currently working there.

Tushar Mittal completed their education in a chronological order. Tushar started their education journey in 2011 at Mount Carmel School, where they pursued a high school degree in Science. In 2012, they enrolled at Delhi Public School Ghaziabad for their Intermediate education and specialized in Computer Science. Continuing their academic path, from 2014 to 2018, Tushar attended ABES Engineering College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Additionally, Tushar pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In May of 2019, they completed a Software Development Trainee program at Aspiring Minds. Tushar also acquired various certifications, including "Projects in Django: Learn Django Building Projects" from Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd in September 2019, "Python Core" from MySirG.com in September 2019, and "Python for Web using Django" from MySirG.com in August 2019.
