Vy Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. They started their career as a Corporate Operations Intern at Modernizing Medicine in 2018. They then worked as a Peer Leader/Teaching Assistant at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. In 2019, Vy interned as a User Experience Design and Research Intern at Clarivate Analytics and also served as a Student Ambassador at Drexel University. They later joined Comcast as a User Experience Design Intern in 2020.

In 2021, Vy had an internship as a UX/UI Design Intern at Nintendo. They continued their career as a User Experience Designer at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, in 2022.

Outside of their professional roles, Vy has been involved in various extracurricular activities. They were the Club President and Co-Founder of Girls Who Code and served as a Head Instructor at Young Makers Lab/Digi Camp, LLC.

In 2023, Vy became the Vice Chair of PhillyCHI.

Vy Nguyen pursued their education at Atlantic Community High School from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on their high school curriculum without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they enrolled at International Baccalaureate for the academic year 2016 to 2017, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Currently, Vy is attending Drexel University from 2017 to 2022, working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Human-Centered Design & Software Engineering.
