Patrick Lerner is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Development Team Lead for Instaffo GmbH since April 2017, Patrick focuses on advancing an AI-powered reverse recruitment platform that enhances candidate-job matching. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of CTO at launchwerk GmbH from December 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included Ruby on Rails development, AngularJS framework projects, and mobile app development using Ionic2. Patrick earned a degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 2011 and 2016.
