Reem Ashour is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in agile project management and software development. Currently serving as Staff Squad Manager at Instabug since October 2019, Reem has held various leadership roles including Senior Squad Manager and Squad Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Vodafone from May 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included facilitating Scrum ceremonies and motivating Agile project teams. Reem's career began at ITWorx, where a progression from Software Engineer to Software Project Leader took place over nearly eleven years. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Computer Science from MSA University and further training at the Information Technology Institute, along with participation in Agile workshops.
